Since 1988 Horizon Concrete has provided top notch concrete construction for residential homes, retaining walls, and commercial projects.

Horizon Concrete has been doing major commercial layout and footings since 1998. We added high walls to the mix in 2005. We use the latest up-to-date equipment available along with our quality/safety audit program to insure a great finished product.

Some contractors want to do commercial projects because the home building business is slow.

We are qualified to do both very well!
